ZillowVERIFIED We could not ask for anyone better to have worked with, than John. He stayed in contact with my husband and I even when he was out of the country. He understood my work schedule and would call or text at accommodating times. John is also very knowledgeable about various homes, property features, and expectations when it comes to closing. We went to him with all of our questions or concerns and he would explain things to me to ensure I understood what was going on. He was on our side 100% of the time and made sure we got the best deal and the home we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough wonderful things about John! We are only second time home buyers and the first time was a very unpleasant experience (that John wasn't involved with). I feel that my husband and I are not very well educated in the real estate process but John helped us through all of it. He really knows his stuff! I felt that he gave us accurate information and is very gentle and respectful, giving my husband and I plenty of time to make our own decisions. I never felt an ounce if pressure and he was fantastic about staying within our guidelines on price and our "wish list". He was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, never had a problem carving out time for us and truly made us feel like his only customer. His negation skills and suggestions about the finer details of writing the offer were second to none. John worked closely with our mortgage broker and made the entire process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. In the end we closed on time, paying less than we anticipated. John is all around a wonderful choice for a realtor. Realestate is a scary business and I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
