After making an enquiry concerning a house listed for sale, a Zillow CSR put me in contact with Erin. She answered my questions and offered to show me the house. We viewed the house the next day. That house turned out to be awful, but Erins friendly and professional demeanor made a positive impression. We viewed several houses over the next few months. I made offers on a couple that didnt pan out, but Erin (and husband John) didnt miss a beat, and didnt let me get discouraged. When I finally found aEURoethe oneaEUR? Erin and John were by my side every step of the way. They walked me through the whole process, explained everything to me, and kept me right on track. Erin and John make an excellent team. They work very well together and complement one anothers strengths. Erin was always incredibly prompt in answering questions via text and email (and I had a lot of questions). And she was always available to show me a home within 24 hours of requesting to see it. John was also a wealth of information, and a good advisor too. Erin quickly put all of those nerves to rest with her patience and wealth of knowledge. She was always available whenever we asked to look at a home (many of them we went to look at the same day) and she would always greet you with a smile. You can tell that Erin cares for the client she is working with as she listens to what youre looking for and is very good about pointing out each and every detail about the house to you, good or bad, and assessing if the home is listed fairly. We never felt pressure to make an offer on a house after looking at them and when we did fall in love with our home, she knew all of the tips and tricks to put out a competitive offer on it. The process went a lot smoother than expected and we are now incredibly blessed to have our beautiful home due to her and her husbands hard work. I bought a home that was only 51k in an area that isn't the most desirable and I feel Erin treated me just like someone buying an upscale home in a nice area. Not once did i feel brushed off or ignored because i was buying a cheaper home. Buying a home is stressful, more so when it's your first, and having a competent agent makes all the difference. Without Erin, I would have been lost in the process and given up entirely. With struggles every step of the way due to an awful experience with my bank, Erin was always there to talk me through everything and give me correct information about the entire process. I can't say enough kind words for both Erin and her husband and how they helped throughout this process. I would be willing to use the Moore team any time in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to express my gratitude for my realtors John and Erin Moore. My fiancA(C) and I were first time home buyers, with zero experience in home buying or obtaining lending. My first encounter with The Moores came from an inquiry of a home we were interested in. Erin responded and met us at the home in question. Erin was very pleasant and had adept knowledge of the Delaware County housing market. Erin was very lucid while showing the 1st home, and dispensed valuable information about the builder of the home in question. We had already spoken with two other agents, but decided to have Erin represent us, based off our initial impression of the showing. The next showing, we met John and Erin together! It was like BOGO (buy one get one). It is a great value to have two realtors for the price of one. Johns experience and sophistication was unmatched. John explained that his background was in finance. All of the questions regarding financing, pricing and mortgage values were answered clearly and with competence. It was astounding how well John and Erin worked together. John took me in the basement to discuss possible finishing enhancements, while Erin showed my fiancA(C) the kitchen and bedrooms. They were both very forbearing and we never felt rushed or insignificant. I say this because at this point we had yet to obtain a loan pre-approval or made contact with a lender. John suggested we contact a bank that he frequently worked with. We made contact and that bank closed our loan. I cant vocalize enough to say how accommodating John and Erin were. They were both exceedingly responsive returning calls, showing homes, looking up homes on MLS reports, and providing us with information on sales in the areas of potential homes. My fiancA(C) and I have small children, and work schedules that are not flexible. John and Erin adapted their schedules to accommodate ours. They have showed us several homes after 8:00 and 9:00 pm. We finally found the house of our dreams, (New Build Spec Home) but the builder/seller was a nightmare! John and Erin Fought with us and ensured that our needs were met. We had a complete month of negotiations over garage door openers, security packages, appliances and other options included in the MLS report, but withheld by the seller/builder. John and Erin went back and forth with the seller/builder until ALL our needs were met!!!!! We closed on our home the same month our rental lease was up (which was the plan)aEUR| We cant recognize and thank John and Erin enough for GETTING THE JOB DONE! I recommend the MOORE team to anyone who wants a superior realtor who are not only skilled and accomplished, but are also down to earth and very affable.

He worked around my work schedule so we looked at houses in evenings and during the weekends.
