He is always available and will entertain any offers and ideas with great guidance to help you get the best deal for your sale as well as your purchase. He is incredibly hard working and I never had to wonder if I should ask him to write/do something or not. He was always willing to help and answer any questions we had. He did not waste our time sending us every single listing that jumped on the MLS, and worked with our somewhat long list of requirements to only send what could reasonably fit our needs. When it came to buy our house, John was able to negotiate our purchase at $30k below asking! Not that we want to sell, but if we had to we would think of no one else to list our home with but him. If you're looking for a buyers agent, we absolutely recommend him. Really great experience, and to put it bluntly, we feel like he really cared about the outcome of our search/purchase.

The sellers were not the easiest to work with and John provide continuous guidance and reassurance that really was amazing. As a side note, my parents were Real Estate agents for many years, themselves, and were similarly very impressed with John. John was always available whenever I had questions and was very knowledgeable with the local markets where I was looking. He also demonstrated his extensive experience whenever any new, unique, twist came up during the purchase. John not only impressed throughout my search for a house and the purchase but has continue to be a valuable resource as I settled in to my house and the local community, after the closing. The sale may have been finalized, but he continues to be someone I trust for advice on local contractors and information, such as who to call when I needed some plumbing work and who to talk to about having my furnace serviced. I know buying a house is never easy and I can be someone that gets nervous and asks a lot of questions. Johns patience, honesty and guidance, simply put, allowed me to relax and feel confident in the decisions I was making. I now am the proud owner of a 340+ year old house that I hope to be in for many years to come.

Every step of the process went very smoothly, and we had very few of the headaches normally associated with the sale of a house. John walked me through the whole process. He told me which things were must-fix, he put me in touch with reliable local contractors and handymen to get those things done.When I was ready to list, he set my expectations realistically, and I appreciated that. He priced the house to sell, and it sold after the first open house. He negociated the price higher than the asking price between a couple bidders - for me it was a miracle.After the house sold, I was in the process of downsizing to a teenie condo, and my life was incredibly chaotic. I left 2 cabinets full of kitchenwares, and John graciously boxed them up, hauled them to his office, and saved them for me.I would absolutely work with John again. He's reliable, reasonable and really just a good person to be working with in the selling / buying process - and not everyone is.

We were working with a different broker trying to sell a condo in Salisbury and it wasn't going well at all. I spoke with John and immediately knew he was the one for us. Within 2 weeks we had the condo under agreement and it was sold in less than 30 days all in. Couldn't have been happier with John's service.
