I have travelled the world from Italy, Brazil, and almost every state here in the U.S.A. John is an all around stellar realtor! He helped us find a house and sell our condo in record time. He got us top dollar for our sale and was fantastic at helping us negotiate the price on our new house and lock in the deal. Not only did he handle all of the logistics, he listened to our wants and needs checklists and helped us find our dream home. He protected our time by reviewing houses we thought we wanted to see before we saw them, pointed our pros and cons we may have missed, and set up appts for anything we truly wanted to see. He truly made the process as painless as it could be because, lets face it, the process is stressful and competitive! But here? Daddy delivered! John Masucci did a great job selling my home, hes very passionate about real estate and knows alot about NJ from people he referred me to along with doing things he didnt need to do like placing items for sale on my facebook/taking me to closing as my car broke down and didnt want a penny.
