GoogleReview I just bought my first house! Thanks to John Massey. I seen the house had just hit the market on homes. After sending a message on there and not hearing anything (so to the site) I called Generations Realty as soon as I got off work and it sent me to John's phone. I told him I was interested in the property and wanted to see it. He asked when I said today and he said I could be there in 20 minutes. He was there waiting for me and showed me the house and talked me thru the steps and how things worked. I thought about it and knew I wanted it but had to leave and take care of something but called him 30 minutes later and he made up my bid on the home. Everything was taken care of and he was waiting on me once again for me to do my paperwork and get my keys. Great guy got anyone in the market for a home. Give him a call.

Answered all questions and Explained everything To the Best of his Knowledge. Which is a-lot In his line of Business. He will Be very Honest and look for what you Prefer. He will also let you know Whats the best deal and Whats A great option. He will also let you know if a Property Just isn't worth it. And will gladly waste his time showing you the property still. Haha. I say waste his time because thats what i felt like we were doing. But he took us everywhere we wanted to go. No complaints. Let us know the Upsides and Downsides. If you are looking to Buy A Home Just give him a call. He will literally Make sure you are absolutely Happy! Got us a property we are Happy with and Everything was Within our Target Timeframe. Also he helped with Homeowners insurance some. And our Bank was Not releasing our transaction History, He sent Documents and got it done. Dude has Ways to get Stuff done. What you waiting for? Thanks John. We Really appreciate ya! A-LOT!!! He even got us a Receipt for the roof!! ?
