ZillowVERIFIEDJohn and Tammy have gone above and beyond to help me find a home. I have absolutely LOVED working with them. They truly care about helping you find something that works for you. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have. I would, without a doubt, recommend these two to help you buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED John knocked it out of the park. We (my wife and I) had tried to sell the house ourselves but, after 21 days we gave up. Several realtors toured our home but John was the only one that asked for the listing. We signed a listing contract with him on a Monday. Saturday he held an open house and on the following Monday he brought us a contract. He skillfully helped us with the negotiations and after 1 day we had an agreed upon contract for almost the full asking price. He met all of our challenges. From holding an open house within a very short time frame, quick sale, quick closing and most important: TOP DOLLAR! His professionalism was exhibited throughout the process but, he had a sense of humor to help lighten the mood when needed. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy & John Martellini are excellent realtors. They was professional, friendly, honest, dependable but most of all they got the job done. Tammy & John Martellini are very organized and kept a positive attitude which helped me stay focused on my goal of having my home sold. The sale of my home was done in one day. Tammy & John Martellini sold me the perfect Townhouse 6 month ago. Her expertise in the industry was greatly appreciated by me. I would highly recommend Tammy & John Martellini.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy and her husband John go above and beyond to help find the property you are looking for. The are always available to speak to, no matter what day of the week it is and they are extremely efficient in what they do. My husband and I are delighted we met them! They really are fantastic realtors!

ZillowVERIFIED The home I purchased was an investment property in which I immediately turned around and rented to the sellers. Team Martellini was with me the whole way through my buying and leasing process. I have worked with other agents in the past and I usually have to be the proactive one tracking a timeline, asking when is this going to happen or this needs to get this done, could you get that set up for me Mr or Mrs Agent? Not with Tammy and John, they move so quick and handled the process so efficiently, I did not have to worry about a thing. And they did not miss anything. There were no surprises a day or two before closing such as, "We need to get this signed" or this needs to be done because they missed something. If you have purchased a house before you know that is almost inevitable that something is missed. Tammy and John handled everything...so that I didn't have to. Top Notch and extremely professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Martellini is a great agent. She works hard for her clients while remaining honest and professional with everyone she deals with. Cannot recommend her or her husband John enough if you are selling or looking or an agent to help you purchase a home. Tammy and John both care about what they are doing and take the time to make the experience pleasant.

ZillowVERIFIED Very responsive to every need I expressed. Kept me well informed and provided very useful guidance on actions we should consider, such as economically sound ideas on improvements to the property that would increase the desirability of the property. Would use her services again, for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the privilege of working with Tammy Martellini in purchasing our new home. Her communication was amazing! I contacted her early morning to late evening and she always responded immediately. She was completely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Tammy accommodated our schedule for showings and never blinked an eye when we wanted to see the house over and over!! Best of all....she negotiated a smoking deal for us!!! Need an agent.... Call Tammy!!

ZillowVERIFIED My agent was very aggressive in geting my home sold during the time the market was down and everyone said my home would not sell. My agent staged my home and held weekly open house sessions. My agent sold my home under 60 days!!! Her work speaks for itself.
