ZillowVERIFIEDJohn's professionalism was great! After dealing with another realtor for two years we decided to make a change, and we are glad we did. His many years as realtor paid off, his knowledge and knowhow were key for us in a very crazy market. My wife and I are grateful to have hired him and now are enjoying our beautiful home. Highly recommend John Marker!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed of my options. When I had ANY questions or concerns they were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very thoughtful and patient with their answers. I'm so glad we chose them to sell my father's home. They made what seemed like a scary/daunting process feel like a breeze. Would absolutely work with them again!

ZillowVERIFIED John & Lisa were very knowledgeable in the area that I was selling and buying. They helped me to determine the selling price for homes like the one that I sold and guided me on the price that I should be paying for the condo that I bought. They put me at ease on things that I was nervous about.

ZillowVERIFIED The best team in Real Estate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for selling your home or finding a home. My father who is 94 was in his home for over 60 years. He had to move medical reasons. They took care of him with such respect, understanding, patience. Truly a gift they have of compassion. They notified us every step of the way. If we called, 95% of the time they were answering our call. If not they would call back. Never had us waiting. John picked my dad up for closing. Took him to the bank and even lunch. Then took him home. Through the whole process they went above and beyond. If you want to sell a home...call them. If you want to buy one, they will guide you every step of the way. I am sure that it will be an enjoyable experience. Thank you John and Lisa. We appreciate everything you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Started working with John @ Marker Team initially for a home search in Royal Oak, MI but quickly turned into helping with the sale of my home in the same city. John was very calm and collected when speaking about selling the home. There was an initial meeting to walk through the home, go over expectations from my end and he provided input as to price ranges and time frames for sale. Came prepared with analysis package on the property and comps in the area. I came to the table with an idea in mind after researching the area and John confirmed the ballpark was correct. Very kind communication and extremely prompt day or night, even on the weekend. John was very quick when follow up details needed confirmation and was just as helpful for personal questions about the process. Definitely makes you feel like you are on the same team! We were able to lock down a full price offer within 24 hours of listing publicly. Would highly recommend an will work with again for real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Being an Investor myself, I am not easily impressed with what real estate agents can demonstrate but John and Lisa, the Marker team pros were different. I was very impressed with their demonstrable Digital Marketing abilities and signed up at once to sell my investment property in Southfield, MI with them. They not only guided me thru the changes I needed to make to get a quick sale, they actually brought three offers within the very first week, one of which we accepted and closed in under 30 days.Amazing experience. Their turnaround time for responses were so swift and professional, it often felt like, I was their only client.Raghu Nathan, Investor, Dallas, TX.

ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa came to my open house when I tried to sell by owner. Talking with them I realized I needed a professional to help with selling my house. No pressure, just knew the area and market, and was able to answer all my questions. Some answers might not been what I wanted to hear, but they were always honest with me, which was what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend John and Lisa Marker. My wife and I had no idea that buying our first house could be this easy. Whenever we reached out to them about seeing a house, they set up an appointment to tour immediately. They were extremely quick to reply to our phone calls, texts, and emails as well. More, they were very clear when answering the many questions that we had. Billy Slobin, the person they recommended we go through for our mortgage, was also extremely helpful. Everyone in his office was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, our entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. I can't imagine our experience going any smoother. We are so happy with our home.

ZillowVERIFIED We first attempted to sell by owner. We were bombarded with pushy agents attempting to get our listing. John and Lisa Marker stood out in the crowd of agents by being helpful and friendly. Even before we listed with the Marker team John and Lisa took steps/offered advice to help us sell on our own. We had no luck and once we did sign on with the Marker Team had many lookers. We sold and closed very soon thereafter.

For instance we wanted to measure the layout of the living room to buy furniture, he was willing to meet us at the house the next day so we could do this.Highly recommend!

They were well informed, responsive and very helpful from the initial listing through the showings, negotiations and closing. ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa were fantastic. They evaluated our house and gave us effective tips to make sure it sold for top dollar. They were right on, as evidenced by the house being on the market for about 2 days total. They simultaneously found us the home of our dreams. Great schools, close to work, in a fantastic area. They navigated us through a somewhat difficult negotiation, and we now own the house that three months ago, seemed to be nothing more than a distant wish.Thank you John and Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa went above and beyond! I live 3k miles away from the house that was being sold, it turned out to be one nightmare after another after tenants didn't pay rent and stole appliances and damaged house but John went well above and beyond handling everything that I wasn't able to living so far away, calling and meeting contractors, inspectors and getting everything fixed and ready in order to just get it listed and then sold it asap, I highly recommend John and Lisa Marker for anyone looking to sell there house. He's more than just a real estate agent, after my experience with him I now consider him a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I called John and Lisa when my husband's Uncle said they did a great job selling his home in Redford and purchasing his home through them in Livonia almost 7 years ago. He saved their business card this whole time because of his experience!John got a feel for what we were looking for over the phone and he and Lisa pulled together a bunch of properties for our first meeting. Several of the properties matched exactly with properties from our Zillow favorites which told me they had really listened and knew the area well. Our offer was accepted on the 2nd home John and Lisa showed us in Northville for $325,000. John and Lisa then came out to list our home in Livonia on 30481 Grandon for $164,900. They explained their amazing marketing program using the " Coming Soon" section on Zillow to generate interest prior to showing the house. We had 45+ couples through the open house which generated 13 offers. John and Lisa got us a record high price of$174,000 on our home utilizing an "Appraisal Escalator clause" and their incredible aggressive marketing plan. Not only were we able to sell our home in Livonia for a record breaking price, but we were able to buy below market in Northville since our house ended up appraising for $340,000.John and Lisa have been incredible to work with and I highly recommend The Marker Team for all your real estate needs! They guided us through every step of the process and along with our mortgage agent, were able to close both homes in a month which was in time for our daughter's first birthday in the new house!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa were recommended by a friend to sell our home in Canton, MI. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our community and (especially) our subdivision. Bottom line ... We decided to list our home at a price that should sell quickly. We had our first Open House on a Sunday and had 3 offers by Tuesday! Two days .... they sold our house (for more than asking) in 2 days!!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Lisa were both lovely to deal with! They were alway on-time for showings, professional and freindly. Even though we bought in an area that is outside their home turf on the Westside, they found houses that were in our price range and met our criteria quickly and easily. We found our new home in less than 3 weeks! Not only did they help us find the house, they helped coordinate with our mortgage broker and made the whole process a lot less painful. We couldn't be happier! I would recommend John and Lisa to anyone who is looking for help on the buying side without hesitation! Thank you John and Lisa! Sincerely, Paul
