Initially, I had put my house up for sale through a property management and it turned out to be a difficult experience dealing with 2 realtors who basically just had their own interests at heart. John was recommended to me by a friend and I switched and never looked back. He was professional yet personable and took time to go over everything with me every step of the way. He listened to my concerns and I feel like I was very well represented from start to finish. He knew the right people to do the work needed when the house went through inspection and I think he did a good job at the bargaining table. We were in regular contact and if he wasn t sure about something he said he would find out. My home just sold, it did not take too long to get a buyer after listing with him. John was energetic from the start. After he introduced himself he immediately laid out his plan for helping us sell our house. We both agreed on a selling price and it was full steam ahead after that. I have to be honest, in our first meeting I was a little overwhelmed by his plan...open houses, video production crews, and a brokers (realtors) tour to give honest feedback on helping us sell our house. In all our dealings, if John had a suggestion I ran with it. He is the professional. John had our house sold in THREE WEEKS! There was no way I could have ever imagined our house selling that quick. If you are serious about selling your house, John is YOUR man. I knew this during our introduction, but he made a true believer of me in the end. This guy is honest, trustworthy, and works FOR YOU! ZillowVERIFIED John Lucero helped my husband and I find our home in 2014. After a disappointing experience with our first realtor, USAA hooked us up with John. We were immediately impressed with how he listened to what we wanted and cleared his schedule to work with us. We had one week to find our home and make an offer. Within that week we toured about 40 homes and he made sure we looked in each quadrant of the city so we could make an informed decision. He let us tour the homes without hovering or pushing his opinions. He offered advice when asked. He helped us find the home we wanted at the best value and made the paperwork flow seamlessly. In addition, he served as our representative at inspections as we were in the process of moving from a different state. When the house had a problem the evening after we closed, John helped us work with the seller to get it corrected and even leant us some equipment until the situation was resolved. He also recognized our Christian faith, ensured that we could carve out time to attend a service amidst the whirlwind house touring, and pointed us to a church that we ultimately joined. John was a pleasure to work with and is one of the most positive, upbeat people I know. He loves what he is doing and it shows in his attitude, work ethic, and knowledge of both the industry and Albuquerque. I strongly recommend John when buying or selling a home.
