ZillowVERIFIEDJohn is an awesome realtor and person. He sold my first house and goes above the call of duty. He helped me buying a new house also. You cant go wrong with John and his experience and professionalism.
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn did a great job preparing my house, listing it and sold it quicker than I ever expected - great job to him in helping me make my dreams happen so soon!
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was very helpful and knowledgeable. I loved that they staged my house for selling which really helped us find the right buyer in a stagnant market.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis spring will mark our fifth year in what we know refer to as our ?forever home.? John Luca and his team did a phenomenal job working with me in the past. With their help, I purchased my first home. They were very patient and helpful when I needed guidance during the home buying process. After getting married, I immediately reached out to John Luca again and we began our search for our current house. John took time to get to know us both professionally and personally. Through natural conversations, John was able to gain insight into our preferences and gain a better understanding of what we were envisioning. Purchasing a home is an exciting step but it can also be intimidating at times. John pointed things out at showings that helped me to determine if the pros outweighed the cons. John has a good understanding of what properties are available on the market. I remember getting a phone call around 11:00 at night to let me know there was a new house coming on the market and he got us one of the first showings. Within three days of being on the market, John scheduled us a showing, drew up an offer, and worked tirelessly to outbid other offers. Since then, we have never looked back! To this day, I still look around our house and am so thankful that John Luca took so much time to truly get to know us and find us exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend anyone on the Luca team!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe wholeheartedly recommend John Luca as the realtor to sell your home. He was totally positive in his approach to market and sell ours. His market analysis and price proposal was spot on. Our house sold in 1 day at full asking price! John was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and immediately found us contractors to do last minute work to get our house ready for market or to remedy items found on inspection. When our house didn?t appraise for the sale price, John made an extra effort to challenge the appraiser to get the value of our house increased. He is clearly committed to getting his clients the deal they deserve. Jeanne Kelly/Roderic Don Hockessin, DE
