ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I could not have asked for a better agent to work with in selling our first home. John was impressively punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. It was clear from the beginning that his clients are his top priority. He was never impatient and always understanding. If you are looking for an agent, John is the best. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED John was more than incredible with our buying and selling transactions. He immediately had our best interest in mind and many times helped us make logical decisions when we were emotionally attached to a house or a price. Not only does he care about his clients, he is unlike any realtor you'll find when it comes to financial knowledge of the process on either end. He is a living example of how all realtors should do business. We were shopping during an extremely competitive buying market and John reasonably helped keep us grounded and reasonable with every decision, ultimately helping us make decisions that landed us in our dream neighborhood. Couldn't recommend John more! If you are looking to buy or sell in State College, you'd be more than fortunate to have John Lazos represent you.

ZillowVERIFIED John was our real estate agent in the sale of an office building and land. From day one, he did everything possible to make sure things were done in the right order and that all documents were filled out correctly. John assisted us in preparing the property for sale and guided us through every step of negotiations with potential buyers. He also personally managed the online sale of our office furniture. John drove out-of-town to represent us at the closing location, which was a significant distance from our office. There are not enough stars in this rating to truly reflect the effort made by John for us. I highly recommend John as a business real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend John highly enough. We were first time homebuyers and he was happy to teach us about the whole process. We were also out of town buyers and he was great about accommodating our schedule. Finally, we ran into some challenges with the seller near the end, and John went above and beyond to ensure we still got the house for a fair price.

ZillowVERIFIED John Lazos did a great job with helping us sell our home. Overall, the process was very smooth. The advice he gave based on the market was helpful, and he always responded quickly when we reached out to him. Our only recommendation for improvement would be following along with the process a little more closely and communicating to us more quickly when there was new information available. Overall, though, it was a good experience. John has a great attitude and was flexible in meeting our timeline and preferences.

ZillowVERIFIED John made the process of buying our first home seamless. We can not be more pleased with all the help and guidance he provided us with through the entire process. John is extremely thorough and organized and was able to answer all our questions completely- including the ones regarding our loan. What we loved most about our experience working with John was that he took the time to personally sit down with us and go over all the paperwork. He answered all our questions and guided us easily through what I felt could be a very confusing process. We are so happy in our new home and would recommend John time and time again!

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience working with John. We met with him initially to discuss what were were looking for, our price range, etc. Throughout the entire process, John was personable, flexible, and patient with us as we navigated the house hunting process for the first time. He made himself readily available to us to answer questions and visit potential homes. John had an amazing eye during home walkthroughs in terms of features, things to be mindful of and potential areas of concern. John catered to our interest and helped us sort through options to find something to best fit our needs for what we were looking for. Once we reached the point of wanting to make an offer, John provided us with all the information we needed and helped us negotiate within our means and with what we were comfortable doing. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with John!

ZillowVERIFIED John is an outstanding realtor, and without a doubt, one of the best to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and is patient, friendly, and relatable. John assisted us in selling our home--which had a pending contract within days. He gave 110% providing regular updates, answering questions, and helping us navigate some of the less clear-cut aspects of selling a home. He kept us at ease throughout the entire transaction. Listing with John is like listing with a friend who has all of your best interests in mind. I would wholeheartedly recommend him!
