ZillowVERIFIED We chose John Larson based on a review here from someone who had been in our exact situation just months before: needing to sell a place in Mesquite while out of state. It's a big ask of a realtor, but our experience was just like the prior review: John was a dream to work with. He responded quickly to calls and texts, communicated clearly (translating legalese into easy-to-understand terms) & provided data to back up his recommendations. Pricing the home well & and his being so well-connected in Mesquite led to multiple offers before it was even listed, and the house *closed in under a month* from the day my dad moved out! A few neighbor friends think we could have gotten more, had we pushed for a higher asking price or held out longer in hopes of a bidding war, but we are thrilled with a quick sale at a full asking price that we believe to be fair and reasonable. He understood our needs, and that our priority is getting my dad settled in his new location. No longer having to remotely manage the ongoing bills (utilities, HOA, insurance, property tax, etc.) & sale process in Mesquite during this transition is a huge weight lifted off of us, and we couldn't be happier. And even after closing, John continues to go the extra mile. The new buyer kindly brought him a bunch of mail that had slipped through the mail-forwarding order, and he is kindly shipping it all to us at his expense (& time & effort). Five star service all the way through, and BEYOND.

ZillowVERIFIED We do not live in Nevada so when we decided to look for a home in Mesquite we needed a realtor! We only knew one couple in Mesquite and asked if they could recommend one. They highly endorsed their realtor, John, who had helped them twice in the purchase of homes. They forwarded us his contact information and we reached out to him via email. He immediately responded to our email and asked us questions to help him select homes for us to view. When we set up a date to fly out to Mesquite to look at homes, John was very accommodating to our travel schedule and set up a time to show us homes. He selected an ideal sample of homes to view and allowed us to take our time going through them all. Moving from the Midwest to the desert, we had many questions relating to taxes, property ownership, utilities, etc. John was extremely patient and knowledgeable answering all our questions. Once we selected the home we hoped to purchase, John diligently worked between us and the sellers realtor to negotiate the purchase. I might also mention that he was on a family vacation during this process and kept us informed on where we were in the process and was very prompt in answering our calls and returning emails! After the purchase, John gave us all the contact information we needed to set up utilities in addition to recommendations and contact info for other services we needed for our new home. He made the the purchase of our home as easy and pleasing as possible. For us, John exceeded the expectations of a realtor from start to finish.
