You need more than someone who will simply open front doors for you. When working with John, his experience is apparent. Not only did he find us properties that met our criteria, he was able to give us information on the neighborhoods, possible appreciation values, details regarding the utility options, flooring, countertops, electrical, architecture, etc. The way he walked through the homes reminded me of an inspector. He has extensive experience with flipping homes, which is extremely helpful. He was able to give us advice on repairs and remodeling. His negotiations skills surpassed our expectations.
