ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house in January of this year - this is our first house so we were new to the process. We decided to look in an area we hadnt totally considered before and we had reached out to John to help us navigate the choices. Definitely the right decision: His knowledge of the area proved instrumental and is more valuable now that weve had some time to live in the house and town - we love the area we live in particularly because our town can be transient in the summertime and John helped us steer towards an area that was right for us. As far as the buying process - simply put: without John our deal wouldnt have gotten done. He knew just the right time to put in an offer and counseled us on a price he thought would get the deal done that was appropriate for the value of the home and in line with what we were planning to spend. And as the process progressed, I wont say it got easier because we had plenty of bumps to iron out as we learned the process but John always picked up the phone and was there to guide us - that cannot be understated. He was always in our corner despite the crap we put him through, and I can assure you, we were not exactly easy clients to deal with. He was critical to our finalizing the deal for a house we love in a town we love. I would 100% recommend John to those looking for a home.

Whether buying or selling hes going to make sure that you will be getting the best offer and terms that you can get. Our needs through the various sales have all been different and he has smoothly navigated through all of them. There were times that I would feel nervous and uncertain and he would patiently assure me that all would be well and it was. He was always available, even Christmas Eve, when he was negotiating three offers on our house. The rare times he wasnt, he had excellent back ups in place. Whether youre selling or buying in this area, I cant recommend him highly enough!
