John worked with me to buy a vacation property in upstate NY. He has excellent local knowledge, and put me in touch with a home inspector as well as a septic guy and both did good work. He also put me in touch with a reliable attorney. Skeptics might think its all cosy arrangement stuff but his referrals did excellent work at very reasonable cost. John is responsive, efficient and above all honest. There were several aspects where he could have gotten away with some things that I would not have caught, but he pointed them out to my benefit and even though it was less beneficial for him. The guy is a straight shooter.
