His patience and calm persistence, combined with his enormous local knowledge makes him the best realtor I have dealt with - and I have owned 6 homes located all over the country. We recently used John as the listing agent to sell our family home and again, his advice was 100% spot-on. Under his careful guidance and support the house sold quickly! Unfortunately when we returned 6 years later we had to use the company's real estate agents on our incoming relocation. After only 16 months of living in our home, my husband took very ill. A few years later we had to sell our home and the first person we thought to represent us was John! Our sale was complicated due to market changes and my husband's illness but John stood beside us with great care, advice, understanding, and definite PATIENCE! He kept me informed of what was happening and helped me navigate a very stressful process. I had to be out of the country at a critical time in the buying process and he was a wonderful go between, especially with the inspector and contractors. He even accompanied the inspector during the inspection process to make sure that all went well. He was honest about the potential problems involved with a short sale and good at translating technical details.
