ZillowVERIFIED John was amazing throughout our house haunt and finding the right home for us. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything about the house every time we would walk in; he would even point out the negative and an estimate of how much it would be to repair. I was very skeptical of working with an agent but when I found a home he was prompt in calling me and making me feel like I can trust my business to him. He knows everybody. Attorneys, inspectors, handymen etc. He is a complete package!! After seeing so many beutiful houses he fought to make sure we got the one we loved. He worked in our favour and has been available for whatever we need even after the purchase. John is the guy to go to!

John is extremely professional and made the process of buying a home incredibly simple for me. He ended up getting the property for me at exactly the price I wanted. John also works with an amazing network of other professionals. I used his recommendations for both a lawyer and an inspector, and I had equally as amazing experiences with them! I have since used him for recommendations from a deck refinisher to a hard wood floor company. I can't say enough good things about John and his team!

John is highly knowledgeable, extremely professional and very responsive (on more than one occassion he called or emailed us during off hours). I would characterize him as honest, personable, hard-working and reliable. He NEVER tried to sell us on a home we weren't thrilled with. Additionally, and probably most important to me, is that unlike many other RE agents we met, he really took the time to get to know us and he really LISTENED to us. This was key to finding the home that was right for us. He never wasted our time with showings that he knew wouldn't be right for us. One more thing - John is a master negotiator. My husband and I would have definitely overpaid for our home if left to our own devices. In the end, John wound up getting our home for 12.5% below ask AND the house appraised for $15K over what we paid for it! Need I say more?
