Throughout the process, John was friendly, responsive and easy to talk to about our specific needs and wants for our first home. Being new to the home buying process, we had a lot of questions and John answered them all quickly or could ask the appropriate resource for us (i.e. mortgage officer or lender). He was eager to show us homes and we ended up spending about 12 hours together looking at homes. When we found the house we wanted, we had to negotiate with the seller over the course of a couple days, but eventually had our offer accepted. John was very helpful in coaching us with how much to counter with in order to secure the home. He was right on and we barely went over the asking price. It was a great experience from start to finish!
