ZillowVERIFIED My man Garett was great throughout the entire process of buying a home in New River, at all times being courteous and professional. Prior to deciding on the home in New River, we had seen several other homes. Garett seemed genuinely interested in looking out for my best interest as a buyer, as in this hot real estate market, I had even thought to add another $5k on top of my offer price so that it was more competitive over other potential offers, however, he had advised against it, believing the lesser offer would be accepted by the sellers and he turned out to be right about it. Virtually all documents could be signed via DocuSign and there was no 'funny business' with him or the Gulch Group. Whether I'm looking to acquire another property in Arizona or am looking to sell a property in Arizona, I would not hesitate to request Garett's services again. On a side note, Juli, Nikhil and John Gulch, from the Gulch Group were great too for the parts they were involved in. Their guy Brent was also great to work with as well. They even left me a nice housewarming gift. I'd do business with these guys again.

We were looking online for homes in Phoenix, when we clicked on the link to speak to an agent we were introduced to Joseph Curtis with Gluch group.We explained to Joseph we wanted to move to Phoenix, but were unable to travel to Phoenix to look at houses in person. Joseph ensured us he had sold several homes in the Phoenix area without the buyer being in Phoenix. Over the course of several months we worked with Joseph, looking at several different houses throughout the Phoenix area. Joseph was extremely attentive to our concerns, questions, requests, etc. As we got to know Joseph we trusted him completely and felt very comfortable with him. ZillowVERIFIED We had made plans to list our home in Gilbert mid March with The Gluch Group and wouldn't you know it...Bam...Governor Ducey issued stay at home orders because of COVID-19 shortly after the house went on the market. We thought we would never show or sell our home, but our realtor, Jeremy, kept reassuring us that it might not be seeing as much traffic as during normal times, and not to worry. With the way The GluchA Group marketed our property, we had showings every week even during the stay at home order. Jeremy kept us informed of all feedback given and we were also sent the information via email. The GluchA Group works as a team so during each step in the process of selling our home, we were introduced to the member who was an expert in that part of the process. For example, after we met with Jeremy, who gave us a very detailed binder with information regarding our home along with a power point presentation, Ashley helped us get all the paperwork started and got the home listed. ZillowVERIFIED I recently had a wonderful experience with Jeremy Lentine and the Gluch Group in selling my condo in Scottsdale. I live in California and they were able to handle all of the details for me. I like the team model that they use, where each person is assigned a different role (main agent for listing and negotiations), escrow, home/condo preparation, etc. Their use of technology is also very impressive; I especially liked the electronic lockbox (ShowingTime) that tells you when the property is shown and what the feedback is. They also respond very quickly to requests, emails and phone calls, and have a dedicated phone number where someone basically answers the call 24-7, as far as I can tell. I had sold a condo in San Jose back in August 2016 that was significantly more complex, without the extensive use of technology and dedicated roles, so it definitely made a difference. I never knew when someone had actually seen the condo in San Jose, but I did with the Gluch Group and ShowingTime for the Scottsdale condo. I got a good cash offeraEUR"a fair offer--fairly quickly and all of the documents were processed electronically. It took just less than 30 days from listing agreement, extensive site cleanup and preparation, to close of escrow. The only thing that was not electronic was notary and document recording, but that is a matter of state law and only a matter of time as states other than Arizona are doing it.

We were previously working on our own, or using other larger companies to do showings, etc. The Gluch Group was recommend to me by a friend, and so we decided to reach out. We got a response almost immediately to schedule a meeting to go over what we were looking for. Our meeting was with Brad, who is the person who would help us through the entire process. We explained to him our budget and house criteria and he went to work setting us up with an account that he could share listings. My wife and I are building new for the first time and Brad has been an essential part of our team. While in Chicago he has been extremely responsive via email, text, and phone calls. When we visited the Phoenix area he went above and beyond to show us everything we asked to see; from existing homes to multiple developments and untold number of communities and model homes. He dedicated an entire weekend+ to helping us and I cannot properly express how appreciative we were for all that time. While our new build won't be done until closer to the end of the year we know we can count on Brad to be there with us every step of the way. The bottom line is they are extremely knowledgeable, keep you informed the entire way, and execute with precision. Buying Side: Huge shout out to Garett who once again helped us lock in the house at the price that was right for us. You could even call him a savant, as the price he told us up front is what we ended up at for purchase and appraisal, which was below the original listing. Needless to say, Garett is a knowledgeable, friendly and communicative agent that any potential home buyer should have by their side when looking for their next home. Selling Side: Jeremy has helped both myself and my girlfriend with selling our homes quickly and at a great price. Each time he has been thorough with his research and knowledgeable about where our properties sat within the context of the current market. He kept me well informed every step of the way and laid out the best game plan in a simple, no pressure format. So, what does this result in? Multiple offers that exceeded our listing price and my expectations. You don't just get to a multiple offer situation like this though without the support and preparation from other Gluch Group individuals. Cori was exceptional in helping us to stage our home. Her keen eye for the details, sense of space and awareness of buyer sensibilities goes a long way in making sure your home is prepped for success. Not too mention, she's extremely thoughtful and recalled a discussion we had about some of the prints I had hanging. So, she made sure that Gluch Group was involved in acquiring two more for my new house from Etsy. With the majority of home buyers beginning their search online, it's imperative to have good photos, and boy did we get them. Herman did a tremendous job in capturing our home from a variety of angles that represented it well from the first to last photo. The real kicker was the video, which perfectly captured the flow of the home and made it easy for potential buyers to get a sense of the space. Last, but certainly not least, is the common thread throughout all of my experiences at Gluch Group with Stephanie who handles the coordination of all transactions, buying and selling. Her official title is "Transaction Coordinator"; however, in my mind she is the "Seamless Execution Engineer" in the sense that she keeps the train moving down the tracks, communicative about any "obstructions" and always on schedule. She's helped to make the process of buying and selling at the same time as painless as possible, and I can't thank her enough. TL;DR - Gluch Group is where you start and stop your search for a Real Estate team to help you with a purchase or sale.

ZillowVERIFIED The Gluch Group is a phenomenal collection of people willing to go above and beyond. I attempted selling my home with several realtors with no success. Finally, after much research, I found the Gluch Group. From day one, they are nothing but professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive. They did the impossible by selling my condo. One problem after another occurred that was out of our control, but they took it in strides and found a way to overcome every obstacle. I'd say the most impressive and important thing about this team is each individual on the team has a specialized role. That means that one realtor isn't attempting to fill the role of several other specialties. Each person is phenomenal at what they do, and you can tell they are masters in their trade. They have a personal touch too that, silly as it may sound, got me through some of the rougher aspects of home selling. An example of this is when my roof in my bedroom leaked - they sent me a box of gourmet cookies - or when I pulled an all-nighter to move and prepare my home due to a fast home-closing they sent me some cans of Red Bull. It's the little things like this that in all reality shouldn't matter, but it definitely does. I guess what I'm trying to say is - they got everything right. From the big picture to the small details, they performed flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better group watching my back during the process. Also - I'm not getting paid to write this review - and noone in this group is a family member or friend - I just really think they deserve some recognition for everything they accomplished in my case.
