Mwenda was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so kind and patient with us as we toured the city looking for our next house. Never made us feel like we were a bother when we wanted to go see yet another house. His expertise is exactly why you use a real estate agent. Mwenda would look at things like the water heater, roof, ac units, and the crawl space and tell us if it was up to snuff. I have no idea if the water heater is nearing its life cycle and would be an upcoming major expense.
