ZillowVERIFIEDIt may seem weird to 5-star reviews across the board, but honestly, Mwenda deserves it. I had been trying to get a house built for a year, but roadblock after roadblock kept appearing, and so when the base price of the house we were planning to go to contract on went up we decided it would be more cost effective to buy. We reached out to Zillow, who then assigned us Mwenda, and I could not be happier. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and at what price and arranged to drive up the following week and to see a ton of houses. We had seen some great houses but none that screamed aEURoemy houseaEUR? so we planned to head back and try again in a couple weeks, but then a house went on the market and he was able to get us in to see if before we left and I put an offer in the next day. Mwenda was exceptional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, helped to alleviate any worries/fears, and he really went to bat for me when the inspection turned up some issues that had not been taken care of by the sellers (even though it was on their own inspection report from when they bought the house a few years ago - yes they provided that inspection report). Mwenda was patience, knowledgeable (I was mostly looking in the Triad city area but he also knew surrounding areas), and his negotiation skills were on point. He also was on hand to get some contractors out to get some estimates (I currently live 8 hours away) which was an immense help! I'm probably repeating myself, but thats because I cannot put into words how great he really was through the entire process. Ill leave it at, he has a great personality and you wont go wrong having him as your realtor, as a matter of fact we are having him sell our lot that we were going to build a house on!
