John was very responsive from the very first contact. We initially listed our home in 2023, however market conditions proved to be negative. We took our home off the market and went to AZ for the winter, telling John that we would recontact in the spring of 2024. I called John in March of 2024 and let him know that we would be returning and relisting. I called John upon returning and he was just down the road he was planning on driving by with a potential buyer. I told him to just stop by and show it to them. We discussed relisting and were planning to go live the following week. Prior to going live John called and told me that we had an almost full price offer, prior to listing. We had not begun our search for a new home, but John assisted in that as well and shortly we found a new home and arranged for closing dates to coincide faciliting a single move. In every way John was helpful and made to process virtually seamless. I have one word to describe John - OUTSTANDING. Yes, I'd use no one else in the future.

We got really lucky finding John. He was actually the listing agent for a property we decided not to make an offer on but when we met John, we knew we wanted him to represent us as buyers in Chelan. Chelan is a small community and it's important to have someone like John on your side. He knew the listing agent of the property we ended up buying which allowed us to have really straight forward conversations with the seller to get a deal done. The moment we met John, we knew we could trust him. That's priceless.
