ZillowVERIFIED Working with John and Barbara Gandolfo was hands down the best decision we made during the home buying process. From our very first conversation, their communication was incredibly clear, consistent, and always thoughtful. They kept us informed every step of the way, patiently explained every detail, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout. What really stood out was how often they went above and beyond, whether it was organizing viewings at short notice, flagging important things we wouldve missed, or simply checking in to see how we were doing. They genuinely cared, and it showed. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but John and Barbara made it feel easy and manageable. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. If youre looking for agents you can trust completely, we honestly couldnt recommend them enough. Youll be in amazing hands.

ZillowVERIFIED I sat on this review for a few days because I wasnt sure how to adequately convey just how wonderful Barbara and John were through this entire process. We listed and sold our home during the pandemic, in about 10 days. Weve never sold before and they guided us through the entire process. There were issues that came up along the way on our purchase, due to a difficult seller, and they were right there with us the entire time. Any questions were always answered immediately. They always gave us sound advice, when we asked for it. They are kind, knowledgeable and tough when they need to be. I hope we never move again, but if we do, I know who my first call will be! I will recommend Barbara and John to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED It was truly apparent from the very beginning that John and Barbara Gandolfo had the knowledge and expertise in the realtor market. There are obviously many realtors available for service but only a handful that know how to get the job done expeditiously. John and Barbara are at the top of the list and there credibility has been earned. I had the pleasure observe there needed experience in my transaction. ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our home in Oceanside and used the Gandolfo team to represent us. It was the best decision we made after we used another agent for three months that didnt have the local knowledge and got us nowhere! The Gandolfo team is knowledgeable and got us not one, but two buyers the first week. They really shine in their field! I highly recommend them for a pain free transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED After having my house on the market for a year, I got a new agent: Brandon Katzman. He sold my house in two days! I found him to be knowledgable, professional, reliable, and well informed. He went out of his way to make my husband and I assured we were in good hands. He was punctual, attentive, respectful and dependable. Anyone who uses him as a realtor is in the best of hands. I would recommend him to anyone one who wants to sell their house. Outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED It is my pleasure to highly recommend John and Barbara as 2 impressive, and outstanding Real Estate professionals!! When I first met them I immediately felt a closeness and a bond with them. They are 2 very warm, kind, and genuinely caring people. John and Barbara treat you more like family than just a business transaction. They assured me from the beginning that they would sell my house, and they did, within a few days!! They gave us an honest appraisal of the value of our house, They both knew what my house was worth and was up front and honest about it. They both work well together! Their personalities compliment each other. They were ALWAYS available if we needed to talk to them , They always knew just the right thing to say to calm me down. I always left their office feeling more confident. Both John and Barbara are confident that they can "get the job done", they will actually make selling your house a wonderful and worthwhile experience. Just a final note, John and Barbara were in Mexico on vacation and my sister actually texted them because she had some concerns about the sale of the house, and they responded back to ease her mind. Now if that isn't dedication....... then what is??Good luck with the sale or purchase of your new home!! I am sure that this testimonial will serve as proof that you picked the best realtors for the job!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Barbara sold our house last June and somehow our review was never received or posted. They were, and I'm sure remain, the best real estate brokers in Nassau County. Our experience, thanks to their care, concern and professionalism, was stress free from showing the house to closing. We were so fortunate to sell the house to the first people they brought to see our home. They are the real deal and lived up to their motto of "everything we touch turns to sold."
