Rikki was the perfect realtor for us as she was always responsive when we targeted specific homes via Zillow over the last year as we had pretty specific requirements. She made sure we could fit in multiple viewings in a single day which was extremely helpful since we are not from the immediate area. Her knowledge of the area was extremely beneficial since she is a lifetime resident of the area. Rikki explained all the processes for buying and answered all of our questions easily and promptly. We used Rikki when purchasing a home in Murphys, and we thought she was great. She was very prompt and clear with all communication, and she was friendly and helpful on the two occasions we toured the house. She noted and explained several features, like kitchen amenities, that we didn't notice at first. When we were unable to make the walkthrough before closing, Rikki did it for us and reported back to us. She helped us get a purchase price we were very happy with. At the end, she gave multiple options to get us the keys. Basically, she was with us every step of the way. We highly recommend her.
