ZillowVERIFIEDJohn did a amazing job finding us our condo here in Boca . He made the process so easy and stress free as we were buying a property as international investors. ZillowVERIFIEDJohn is amazing! Whether you are purchasing a condo for a college student, a multi-million-dollar home, or you are local or out of town, there is only one realtor you should choose, John Fortini. We have purchased five homes and sold four; John is by far the best realtor we have worked with. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. From the moment we connected, he was incredible. He was communicative, responsive, dedicated, and professional. He did an outstanding job helping us find a condo within our budget. Then, John negotiated a terrific sale price. One of the best aspects of working with John was his unwavering commitment to our needs. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate potential problems before they arose was invaluable. John was always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer support no matter the day or time. I frequently contacted him, and he always responded immediately. No matter the situation, John's expertise helped ensure we easily navigated any hurdle. Our closing process was met with challenges. Despite this, John remained focused and was extremely helpful and supportive. Throughout the process, John kept us informed and reassured. We found the perfect condo thanks to John's hard work and professionalism. Even after closing, John continued to go above and beyond what is expected. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with John. In our opinion, he earned 10 times his commission. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further; John Fortini is the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDHeres to a well-deserved 5-star review! As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. John's knowledge, patience, and dedication were evident from day one. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, tirelessly searched for the perfect property, and expertly navigated negotiations and closing. Thanks to John, I'm now a proud homeowner. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the market for a new home! You will not be disappointed!
ZillowVERIFIEDJohn is very professional. From helping to view the house to bidding, to signing the contract, to the house appraisal, to the house inspection, he follows every step. If there is anything in between, I only need to communicate with the other agent through him, and he is very fast. , and so on until the house is bought. There was a small detail that was particularly touching. We were out of state and met him that day. We saw two houses with him and one house. After we left Florida, he braved a heavy rain to go to that house and take a video of it for us. . grateful!??
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend John to help you with your home search. He is friendly, patient and very responsive. I can be very selective and John never made me feel like I was being difficult. He always responded quickly to any messages or calls and followed up on everything he committed to. I am glad to have worked with him- Thank you, John!
