ZillowVERIFIED My situation is a little bit differnt. I live in the midwest but own a condo in Las Vegas. My Vegas Condo had a fire in October of 2022. I decided to sell it after the rebuild. When i interviewed potential realtors, John offered (without my asking) to be my eyes onthe ground for the final part of the rebuild. He would report back to e weekly abut the progress. He did not have to do any of that. When rebuild was complete, he suggested we increase the price by $15k. We did and had three offers in the first 48 hours and we have just closed the deal! John did a fantastic job for me.
