Kristin & John know their market well and they were realistic and on target on pricing. They truly represented our interests, going to bat for us on contract points. Kristin & John were pleasant and diligent in moving our deal through closing.

My wife and I have been visiting Kauai for many years and decided to buy a property in the Hanalei area. We spoke to several potential agents as we looked at property. When we met Kristin and John we immediately found they had very deep local knowledge of not only the property and the market, but also but knowledge of how things are done on Kauai. Their personal network of property managers, financial managers, owners, etc. was invaluable for us.Their professionalism is absolutely top notch. Some aspects of our purchase were complicated, but Kristin and John helped us navigate our way through to our complete satisfaction. If we decide to buy another property, there is no question that we will work with Kristin and John. The best agents with whom we have worked! These two are simply the kind of people who are a pleasure to work with.

We have known John and Kristin for almost 20 years and this is the third real estate transaction we have done with them on Kauai. They have incredible knowledge and skills for every aspect of a purchase or sale on island, and have a long track record of outstanding service. Their long time of living on island also gives them the relationships and connections to make everything before, during and most importantly after the transaction incredibly easy. They have personally gone WAY out of their way to help us with issues not even related directly to our contracts. We would recommend them to anybody looking for honest, hard working agents that put the customer first.

We met Kristin at an open house where we found her both knowledgable and personable. We knew if we were going to buy property in Hawaii we wanted to work with her and John. They are both the best! Many thanks to them for making a long distance sale quick and easy! Mahalo!

"Kristin and John worked with us long distance as we prepared to come to Kauai to look for a full time home. They were great - listening to our wants and needs and and coming up with a complete tour of properties that met these needs and wants. They were super professional - our tour was organized and educational - and they are fun, too! They answered all our questions and followed up with emails giving us more details about life on Kauai. Our transaction was very smooth. We appreciated all the great communication. We are so happy with our purchase. Kristin and John made this dream of ours a reality."

Kristin and John are simply the best agents out there. They are honest, professional and reliable. They listened to what we were looking for and found us our own perfect piece of paradise. Their knowledge of the market and available properties was most valuable and appreciated. We were incredibly fortunate to have them recommended to us and to have worked with them very closely for 4-5 months. Now that we have found a property, we are proud to call them our friends, and the best agents on the island.Mahalo, Mariola and Jarek Hall
