John is Very friendly and gracious. He would always respond quickly to requests and questions that I had. I felt I could always trust his input. One place we wanted to see, he let us know, because he has lived in the area for awhile, that it has on rare occasions, flooded before. I would certainly recommend him. He has been consistant with sending us homes just in our area of interest and our price range. He does not flood our inbox by sending us endless numbers of properties.
