ZillowVERIFIED John is an amazing realtor. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the homes that we would go see, and would notice things around the house that my eye would never catch. He was always on time and no matter how many houses I sent him, he made sure that I got a chance to see them. John was always professional but was also hilarious! Which made the whole experience so much more pleasant than I expected it to be. John went above and beyond as my realtor, and I will always recommend him anytime anyone ask if I know a great realtor, because he most certainly is!

ZillowVERIFIED John was a tremendous help to me and my husband when it came time to sell my aunt's home after her passing. I think he went above and beyond what really was expected and he helped to fulfill my aunt's wishes re personal items in the home and the house itself. My aunt had dealt with him in the past so I know that she trusted him which made it easy to choose John for his expertise, honesty, and help.

ZillowVERIFIED I was wanting to sell my house and purchase a condo. I had been watching the listings for about a year, so I knew what I wanted. When I saw the condo in the area that I was seeking, I contacted John right away. He was very responsive, and he met me at the condo on the same day that I had texted him. He did his research on the prices of both my house and the condo so that we would know the market values of both. He was very thorough with the information that he provided to me. He worked with other agents to get my house out there for buyers to see, and my house sold in 2 days!!! At the same time, he also worked with the seller's agent on the condo that I wanted, and the previous owner was nice enough to give me 2 weeks to sell my house so that I could purchase the condo. I actually didn't need the 2 weeks, as everything happened in less than 1 week! Things just fell into place for me, so I guess it was meant to be!!! I have to say from this experience that one of the main reasons this all happened like this was that I chose an agent who knows what he is doing, and who is going to do what he can to meet the needs of his client. John's been doing this for over 30 years, so he's experienced about everything there is when it comes to real estate. I found John to be very professional, nice, and easy to work with. He's also got a good sense of humor too! I highly recommend that you call John for your real estate needs. He also helped my daughter about 10 years ago when she purchased her first home, and he again helped her and my son-in-law when they sold her house and bought a bigger home last summer.

ZillowVERIFIED John Edwards was our realtor. He was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the entire process. We purchased an older home and he took a great deal of time to help us evaluate items of concern raised during the home inspection. John has been in the realty business for a number of years and his experience was invaluable during our search and negotiation process. We highly recommend him.
