I really appreciate his attitude as I had experience with someone very pushing and get cranky when I don't do what she tells me to do. Also, he is very professional and helpful. When there was a strange agent who knocked on the door without appointment, I called John and he picked the call (as he always do!) and told me what I should do in this situation and also negotiated with that agent to come later after. He apparently didn't allow this strange buyer's agent to enter the house until he verifies the agent is legit. The buyers with this agent actually bought the house so we could have missed the buyer without his help. Highly recommended!
