I had endless questions and concerns and he never gave me the impression I was being a nuisance or that my concerns were not valid. He was always available and even if he was doing something else, he would respond and say he would get back to me. I had numerous small and petty issues that came up during the sale and some that were not so small, but we worked through each one of them as they came up and until they were resolved. John has a calm demeanor and excellent communication skills, both of which are important when selling a home, as you always have to expect the unexpected and we certainly had those. He was fun to work with and even in the most frustrating of times, he managed to make it a very enjoyable experience We also sold the house in a much shorter time frame than I expected, mostly due to his being present and involved in the marketing of my house. I have bought and sold numerous houses over the years and I would and will recommend John Dooley and the agency to anyone. Thank you for making my experience a good one!

ZillowVERIFIEDWith so much uncertainty these days, I wasnt quite sure I was making the correct decision to sell my home. After meeting with John and his brother, I decided to and went ahead. Deciding in my mind, list your house for 3 months, see what happens. Well, after just 9 days with The Dooley Group, I had an offer at full asking price. The only negotiation was pushing back the closing because my daughter was getting married 4 days prior to the requested closing date. Oh, lets back up, I had a senior dog at home on a Saturday when I work. So John told me he would take her for a walk during the Saturday showing. Included a picture of the two of them hanging outside. Who does that? John went above and beyond. His knowledge of the market in my area, the process of today with selling a home, and if I had even the smallest question, he answered it immediately. John took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process. After finding a home and making an offer the inspection revealed issues and we were not able to close. John was positive and encouraging the entire time and less that 2 weeks later we had found another home and this time we ended up closing. John is low pressure and focused on finding the right house for us. John was always quick to respond to texts and calls and communicated well if there were times he'd be unavailable. He's knowledgeable about the process and knows the area well.
