ZillowVERIFIEDWith so much uncertainty these days, I wasnt quite sure I was making the correct decision to sell my home. After meeting with John and his brother, I decided to and went ahead. Deciding in my mind, list your house for 3 months, see what happens. Well, after just 9 days with The Dooley Group, I had an offer at full asking price. The only negotiation was pushing back the closing because my daughter was getting married 4 days prior to the requested closing date. Oh, lets back up, I had a senior dog at home on a Saturday when I work. So John told me he would take her for a walk during the Saturday showing. Included a picture of the two of them hanging outside. Who does that? John went above and beyond. His knowledge of the market in my area, the process of today with selling a home, and if I had even the smallest question, he answered it immediately. John took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process. After finding a home and making an offer the inspection revealed issues and we were not able to close.
