We came into the process not knowing anything about the process of home buying or even really what we wanted in a house. This didnt seem to phase John at all, as he was always willing to explain everything and answer our many questions. He didnt pressure us with any of our decisions but was always happy to offer his advice based on his experience. He was very responsive and friendly.

John also took care of all the inspection stuff for me. Hooked me up with a security company, John also managed to get me back into the house so I could take measurements to buy flooring. We had a house under contract that ended up with a really bad inspection. We were really let down by that and ended up in a dispute with the seller and their agent. John fought for us for days and we ended up with the home of our dreams. We couldnt be happier with the end result.John was always immediately responsive, answered all of first-time buyer questions in a way we could understand them, and even has helped connect us with contractors after the sale was closed.
