ZillowVERIFIEDJohn guided us along our two-year journey to purchasing a home in Tampa. He began by helping us secure a rental property prior to our move. He went to the open house on our behalf allowing us to make an informed decision to secure the rental. He was also instrumental in the purchase of our home. It was a new construction, and he was there at all the critical moments including walkthroughs and identifying potential issues with excellent suggestions. He even recognized that the builder had placed a sapling oak tree 3-4 feet from the foundation of our home!! Ten years from now that would have been a major problem, now avoided due to Johns attention to detail. He even allowed me into his inner circle to play golf with his regular group. John is more than a real estate agent, to me he has become a friend. He truly approaches his clients with respect, compassion and treats you like family. Thank you John for all your help through this process. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs. Michael and Michelle Thompson

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking to find a home or sell a home and you're hopeful that your realtor will listen to you and really help you find your dream home and sell your home for as much money as possible then John is the realtor for you. John was diligent, timely and knowledgeable. He was honest and trustworthy! You won't find a better realtor! John asked all the right questions so we could narrow down what we wanted in a home. He helped to find what we wanted by eliminating and adding neighborhoods. He knew we were firm with our price range and supported us every step of the way. His negotiating skills were amazing even when it got difficult. His knowledge of Pasco and Hernando County was key to helping us find a home. He sold our home in Pinellas in 48 hours above asking. He is all in when he works with you.

ZillowVERIFIED John Daux was an amazing realtor! I was a "rookie" at buying a home, probably still am, but he was so gracious and patient when answering all my questions and gave me great advice! He was a steady rock when I became frustrated when other offers were accepted over mine. He kept reassuring me that the right house will come along, one that was perfect for me. HE WAS RIGHT! He guided me through the offer process and brought his experience and knowledge to the offering table. I highly recommend John as a realtor and would use him again if needed!!! I would go no where else! Thanks John!

He was 100% correct. Everything flowed just as he said it would. I received three offers in two days. This was exciting and overwhelming at the same time. John was always quick to respond to my questions and provide me with the guidance I needed throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a top notch realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED When selling and/or buying or home in this market you want to hire a real estate agent who is responsive, accountable, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to hustle to get the best possible outcome for you. John Daux is that realtor. As a military member, I have been a part of a few home sales and purchases, and never have I worked with someone like John. He befriended my family, and took time out of his busy day to even give my young children some attention. In todays world, with all of the mistrust and deception, he is someone that you can trust from the beginning. John will pinpoint your home search to homes that fit you all while working on the other end to get you the best possible, and concrete, deal on your home sale. He will put your interests at the forefront. I couldnt imagine trying to lock in a home purchase in this post-COVID market without John by my side. If you are looking for a realtor who will take care of your real estate needs and also to befriend a great human being, hiring John is the easiest choice to make. Thank you for everything John, and most importantly thank you for the friendship!

ZillowVERIFIED John both sold me my home and in two years sold my hone. Both transaction were seem-less and at every step of the way John was always looking out for my financial well-being. John knows the area that he serves, he knows the customer base, he knows the market and I not only used him as my real estate agent on these two separate occasions but I also referred him to another person which she sold their home with an easy transaction as well.

ZillowVERIFIED John was great in helping me find and buy my first home. I have worked with other realtors in the past who were pushy and while not listening to my wants. John was great!!! He took the time to listen to my wants and showed me properties that fit my needs. When we went under contract, John was tentative and extremely well versed in the process. When the bank was giving me a high interest rate, John set me up with an awesome broker who was able to get me an extremely low interest rate. He made the first timer buying process easy! He is laid back, funny and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone without a second thought.

ZillowVERIFIED John was tremendously helpful in the process of buying our first home. We were very anxious and wanted to make sure we understood everything about the process, and could feel confident in our decision. John was great at explaining what the market was like, providing options, listening to our concerns, scheduling viewings and providing reassurance as we made our decisions. He also helped us with recommending an inspector and guiding us through the process so that we were never surprised by anything along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, the process of buying a new home was daunting and full of many classic pitfalls. From the minute I called John, it felt like the guy was working 24/7 on our behalf. He was professional, relatable and was able to guide us through a difficult process. With how tight the market was, decisions had to be made fast, John knows this and facilitates it. John helped us strategize during negotiations and got us a really good deal in this Sellers Market. Even after signing, he was an incredible resource. Would definitely recommend him to anyone
