We must recommend the real estate services of John Cornish. After the first meeting with John , we knew we had chosen a real estate professional. John is very knowledgable about the buying, selling and valuing of properties in and around Taos. After listening to our needs, John gave us tremendous options. We were impressed with his first-hand experience with water rights, land easement,, county bylaws, well depth, septic tank details, survey features, and adobe construction considerationsaEUR"all of which enabled us to make the right decision when we chose our new home. When under contract, John, and his remarkable transaction assistantaEUR"Baylee Thayer, kept us fully informed of our responsibilities and the progress made completing the required documentation, inspections, fees, title preparation, and other legal requirements so necessary to reach a successful closing. Not once did we feel at a loss about what to do next, for communication was outstanding. For this we are grateful. John Cornish is, without a doubt, an outstanding real estate professional.

If you are looking for someone that you can trust to represent the seller. Someone who has your best interest in mind. A realtor who constantly communicates during the sales process. John Cornish is absolutely someone i would recommend and use again. John did a great job initially comparing other properties that had sold to ours and continued to keep up us updated on market conditions throughout the sales process. We found John to be patient, honest, and easy to work with. John brings a little calm to what is sometimes a stressful situation.
