John Cannon

John Cannon, CCIM is the Managing Director for KW Commercial Legacy, San Antonio specializing in Investment Sales. John is a native Texan and began his commercial real estate career in 2012 in San Antonio pouring his energy in growing the Commercial Real Estate Division at KW Commercial Legacy, as well as his own personal client business specializing in land, industrial, office, in both leasing and sales with transactions with over $150 millions in transaction volume in the millions of square feet. John also assists financial institutions throughout Texas with Special Assets Divestment. Serving the community has always been a priority for John. He has served on two local boards: CCIM Institute San Antonio/South Texas Chapter (for commercial real estate professionals), and Daily Bread Ministries (a local non-profit assisting the underserved with food and training). John holds a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Belton, TX and a Master's Degree from SWBTS in Fort Worth, TX.
