Buying and selling real estate is not easy, but with some one like John on your side, you will always feel that big support helping you make complicated decisions. John also brings great knowledge of rehabbing properties. I have done 2 deals with him so far, and in both the deals he helped me with all design decisions and pick finish materials. Another thing i liked about John is he has a v strong knowledge of local Santa Clara county market. He knows the right price to make a purchase and right price for sale.
