He spent time with us planning out a pre-listing strategy and provided great advice on both the timing to list as well as a great price-to-sell point. The work for the listing was excellent and the pictures made the house pop. The house went under contract 3 days after listing! After contract ratification for the sale, John stayed on top of everything all along the way and got everyone to the closing table. Its easy to work with someone when it all goes easily but the true measure is when there are bumps along the rode and how well your realtor does their job and represents you. To that point, John is amazing as well.

I call him friend because he has directly managed and advised me with my real estate rentals/buys for over a decade now. It was truly my dream property, you know, the one that's impossible to find, let alone actually get your hands on. To make the situation for John even tougher, it was listed just before Christmas! I texted him on that snowy sleeting day, and an hour later we were inside of this beautiful place.
