John MrBeach Arroyo

I'm John Arroyo, better known as Mr. Beach, a Florida Realtor serving Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach and communities throughout the Emerald Coast.

I built my real estate business around a pretty simple idea: people deserve more from their Realtor than someone who opens doors and writes contracts.

My background is in media, marketing and video production, and I bring that experience into everything I do in real estate. Whether I'm helping a family relocate to the Emerald Coast, negotiating a new construction purchase, finding an investment property or marketing a home for sale, my job is to give my clients the information, strategy and representation I would want if I were in their shoes.

I'm also a local homeowner, investor and business owner. I live here, raise my family here and spend every day studying the communities, builders, developments and market conditions that make this area unique.

Through the Mr. Beach brand and my real estate content, I help buyers understand what it's actually like to live and own property along the Emerald Coast before they ever arrive in Florida. I believe an educated client makes better decisions, and I'm never afraid to tell someone when I think a property, neighborhood or deal simply doesn't make sense.

For sellers, my media background gives me a major advantage. I don't believe putting a home in the MLS and waiting for another agent to sell it is a marketing strategy. I use professional video, photography, social media, YouTube and digital marketing to put properties in front of buyers locally and across the country.

My goal isn't to simply complete a transaction. It's to become the person my clients call whenever they have a real estate question on the Emerald Coast.

If you're considering buying, selling, investing or relocating to Northwest Florida, I'd love the opportunity to help you make the right move.
