He led us through the benefits of giving the inside of the house a fresh coat of paint and having it staged. John works with a painter and a stager and recommended we modernize the interior by painting and then used his stager. I was selling my mom's house and while it was very clean, the extensive use of wallpaper from the 80s made it appear dated. I didn't live in the house, or even nearby, and John supervised the entire process. He also made some suggestions about new lighting and removing out of dated draperies and supervised that work, too. The cost of the work that was done was extremely reasonable. John lined up 51 showings in the first three days of the listing. We had nine offers! I have no doubt that we netted an extra $50,000 based on the improvements John suggested. His communication throughout the process was very good. I would definitely use John again.
