John, Naudia,Terry and their entire team did an incredibly professional and first class job of presenting our home to the market with photos, videos, presentation brochure and advertising. The first weekend the listing went live, they did open houses on both Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday and Monday, we received multiple competing offers and sold the home to a really nice family. From the opening of escrow to closing, John, Naudia, Terry and their team communicated with us timely, accurately and with patience. We're so happy , we referred our next door neighbors to them!! This was my second experience with a Keller Williams team and I can say do not sell your house until you talk to this team of experts. My house sold in two days after it's listing went viral and at a very good price, the full selling price. That alone speaks for their effectiveness. To cliche an advertisement don't sell your house without them.

ZillowVERIFIED Believe it or not, I contacted John Sposato and Arizona Home Group back in April of 2014 when I decided my husband and I were moving to Arizona from the Chicago area. My husband was a little slower to the concept. Anyhow, John and his team stuck with us through visits back and forth from Chicago to Scottsdale, always willing to take us out and see the latest home(s) on the market that met our needs. John was even a sounding board for a very frustrated me when I'd be here in Arizona alone visiting my daughter and I'd see something I loved, but my husband wasn't here to see it and didn't care for making an offer sight unseen (for him). Fast forward through a few of those types of things to May of 2018, when John took us to see what has become our new home in Scottsdale! YAY...Thanks, John! John and Arizona Home Group were totally with us the entire way through the contract negotiations, home inspection, and all the way through closing. I'd say there's got to be no better, more knowledgeable and accommodating professionals in all of the Valley! ZillowVERIFIED It was Approximately 9 years ago that I decided to pursue moving to Arizona from Seattle, Washington. Scottsdale was where I wanted to be, but I decided to check out surrounding areas as well. This is when I found my agent John Sposato. John put together listings via email so I could view them daily. I'm a tennis pro and was interested in condos with tennis courts, homes with acreage to build a court, or existing tennis court on the property. On our first meeting over several days, John gave me the grand tour of Arizona from Scottsdale to Queen Creek and everything in between. He was incredibly patience with me as I tried to figure out different locations to relocate my family. Over the next 8-9 years, I would make several trips down, change my mind several times, and scour the listings daily. I remember John would make a trip to look at different listings I was interested in when I couldnt as I lived in Seattle. He would let me know if this was something worth pursuing or not. By this time, he already knew me and the type of things I'm was looking for. Listings came to me daily for 9 years, INCREDIBLE!! And I would look at every single one of them and send questions to him and he would always willingly send a response back. The occasions that I went down to Arizona, John was happy to take me to as many listings as necessary. John was always available and has helped me go through the process. One thing I really appreciated working with John was he never pushed me to buy anything and always gave me a fair evaluation based on value and his knowledge of real estate in Arizona. It went on the market on a Friday afternoon and sold before noon the next day! He also helped me find my new home. He and his Transaction Coordinator, Terry Robinson, who was awesome throughout the whole process, are two of the hardest working people in the business.
