Johanna changed our contract to a rental and we had it rented in one day. After a year of renting out the home, we decided to put it back on the market. This time we were able to sell the home and Johanna was there every step of the way to make sure we got the deal done. Which was especially great, since at the time we were living over 4 hours away and needed her to handle much of the process and allow us to do our duties through electronic documents and overnight mail.
