To whom it may concern, My husband Jon and I love California?s central coast, though our primary residence has been Culver City, an unincorporated town in Los Angeles. For the past three years, we have spent our springtime in the lush northern San Luis Obispo County, renting vacation homes for a month or two. We were lucky to have Peri help us purchase our farm. Right out of the gate she was extremely responsive to all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions.
