Our experience with Joelle Poole was absolutely amazing. During the whole process she never said NO. She had or found out the answer to every question we asked. Hands down the best realtor we have ever did business with. She sold our house for a puce asking price before it even went on the market. Joelle is an AMAZING realtor. I cannot even begin to express how impressed I am with her. Joelle fought hard for us, made sure that everything was done correctly and professionally. We know that this is her profession, but she never gave us the impression that she was only in this relationship for herself, in fact, she made it clear that she was available to help us; she sincerely changed my mind about realtors! Even after the transaction was finished, she helped us with continuing issues and did not disappear, but continues to make sure that we are well taken care of. She knows her profession well, and if there is ever anything she doesnt know, she is quick to confer with others. She communicated with us immediately and was always on top of our needs or concerns. I am truly impressed. I would never hesitate to ask for her help again. She simply is the best.
