Review JOELLE is the best barr none. Having been a realtor over a decade ago I know a professional when I see one. Joelle has helped us every step of the way in both buying and selling our homes. She is always punctual and on top of things. She is up to date in everything real estate. Joelle guided us through the selling process step by step. She answers the phone almost immediately. Review This is now my 4th transaction completed by Joelle Dolch. I continue to be completely blown away by her degree of professionalism and customer service regardless the circumstance. Her communication skills and responsiveness are above and beyond. I have had to contact the latest title company 3 times post settlement (errors they made) and she has been there every step of the way leading to a speedy resolution. Each sell and purchase has been lucrative no doubt due to her marketing strategies and staging skills. Need a last minute Queen size inflatable mattress, no problem she'll come on a Sunday with one from her personal stash. Above and beyond each and every time. I will never use another agent so long as I have Joelle available to me, you shouldn't either.

Review Joelle made my first home buying experience so easy - she knows the area, she is amazing at her job, and she is just a joy to work with. I called her one Saturday from my apartment in SC to check out a home I was interested in located in Chestertown - she did a phone walk through and guided me through all of the steps of getting a mortgage, understanding the contract, and getting my earnest money to the seller all within a few hours! She was truly just so helpful during the entire process from that first phone call to when I had the keys in the door as the owner. Without Joelle and her connections, skills, and experience I wouldnt have purchased the house I am sitting in now! Review Joelle was amazing to work with! My husband and I met her at an open house while we were looking for a realtor to help us buy our first home, and everything fell into place. She lived close to where we were looking to buy so she was very knowledgeable about the area. She kept in mind what we were looking for and showed us houses that she thought we would like. We weren't originally planning to buy a house until the fall, but we ended up finding the perfect one with Joelle and within two months of meeting her, we were going to settlement.
