ZillowVERIFIED Joelle is an excellent realtor. She is with you every step of the way and also got us in touch with a great mortgage broker who saved us on our rate and credit back, even more so than our credit union was offering. She has in depth knowledge, not just of the local real estate market, but also of any type of repair or upgrade you may need or want to add to your new home. She is available at all hours of the day if needed and is quick at responding to call/emails/text messages. She is good at negotiating as well and is more innovative when tying to make an offer work than any other agent that we previously had worked with. She is also honest, which is something rare in this day and age. She would be a great agent to use in our opinion whether you are a first time home buyer, or looking to sell. I will also mention that she is getting the opportunity to sell the home we are moving out of.
