During this time I got to know her very well. She is incredibly hardworking, responsive, reliable and super knowledgeable about the market, not to mention funny and super smart. I would have been lost without her guidance and her partnership throughout the process. When buying she taught me the ins and outs of different neighborhoods, was available to show me many apartments, and steered me in the right direction when I occasionally got off track lol. When selling, she made the process so easy that I never set foot in the apartment the whole time. She advised me to sell once it was empty so she could prep it for sale. She made improvements to the apartment including having it painted, buying and hiring a contractor to install a new bathroom vanity, several overhead lights and window dressings. She then hired a stager who furnished it with contemporary furniture which made the apartment look chic and sold it very quickly for me at a terrific price, so that the expenses in prepping it were covered and it sold for way above market value. I had moved to another city long time ago and was renting my condo in Jersey City for a while. Then I decided to sell earlier this year but could not fly back to JC. First time I hired another big-name realtor with a large team that seemed super professional. However, it did not go very well. After more than half a year without a single offer, I called Joelle. She helped me took care of everything!!! She staged my condo, asked people to design my backyard and shoot super good photos and videos. Then my condo was sold very quickly. I did not even show up during the whole process, and eventually the money came to my bank account, all because Joelle took care of everything! You must hire her if you want to buy or sell a home.
