I cannot say enough good things about Joelle! I will start with how knowledgeable, gracious, helpful, kind, warm and funny she is. She had everything ready to list our home, along with the staging consultation and photos, very quickly so that we could get it on the market. It was a very difficult market with not many buyers and a large quantity of competitive homes. Even with that, she managed to get us a full price, no contingency offer within a couple of days on the market. She helped guide us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions, big or small. I am so glad she was the agent who took on our sale, and so fortunate to have gotten to know her. As far as buying a home for the first time ever goes, I am so happy we found Joelle to work with! She was such a great help during the entire process and really listened to what we were looking for, and was so nice when we'd ask questions however big or small. Once we found a home we wanted to place an offer on, she went full steam getting the paperwork together, and stayed diligent on following up with the seller and maintaining transparency with us throughout the whole process.
