ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Joel was a very good experience! He shared his knowledge of the housing market as well as his knowledge of housing construction. He was able to notice improvements that needed to be done when we had no idea. I would highly recommend him if your looking to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not express in words what Joels expertise and experience meant to us in this house purchase!! Our new home was difficult to close on but Joel and Amy knew exactly how and when to do what they needed to do. If you can possibly do business with Joel, get him and stay with him. He is hands down the best realtor in Wichita!!

ZillowVERIFIED Joel is quick to respond and is not shy to tell you the bad details of a home. Every question was answered and no matter the length of your search Joel wont stop looking until you have found your house. He is honest and will make sure you are a satisfied customer. When we were in search of our first home, he offered many styles and listened to our must haves. His sense of humor also makes you excited to go house-hunting!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Joel Weihe after requesting home loan assistance through Veterans United. Joel has been a fantastic realtor to do business with since day one. He understood the importance of my request for a face to face meeting, in order that we may both be on the same page from the very start of my home search endeavors. Joel's vast repertoire of experience is great for the first time home buyer. His knowledge and experience transcends showing and closing deals on home purchase transactions. Joel has often elaborated on his previous experiences with home building, and construction oriented tasks. He can easily point out various utility aspects in a house, as well as considerations first time home buyers will likely want to look out for, but may not have the necessary knowledge and experience to consider themselves. Joel is a sincere individual with regards to the positive impact he seeks to make with his clients, he simply wants the best; doing business with Joel has been a win-win experience. From the perspective of someone approaching the home buying experience for the very first time, I simply cannot recommend Joel enough.

J He knows about the house's features, details before meeting us. Paperworks all online, we don't have to go to the office or find him. He been with us all the important steps, tell us all the answers. Nice guy to work with ^^ we're asian but dont have any barrier with him. Still happy with the purchase, J!

ZillowVERIFIED Closing was in the clear for a Friday but was delayed and couldn't be final until Monday. Joel out of courtesy of the situation helped me with staying at a hotel for the weekend. Prior to this, as I was looking for a house, he drove me around to scout for homes and was up front and honest with everything. Joel is somebody I would reccomend if they are buying home.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Joel when we looked at the house. We made an offer that evening, and he walked us through every step. We had already arranged for financing, so we did not need his help with that. That said, I am confident he would have been able to assist us there as well. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Joel.

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome time working with Joel! He listened to what I wanted and helped me find an amazing first home! We looked at several homes and after each he asked what I like and didn't like. From that he figured out what I like and also helped me figure out exactly what I liked. Didn't seem like long after he found the house I am currently in. Thanks so much for helping me find my home!

ZillowVERIFIED Joel was very pleasant to work with and helped us through this experience. Even when we became frustrated with the other realtor he was there to answer our questions and support us. He kept our spirits up since we were worried we would not make the closing date due to the other realtor. Joel will be highly recommended by us to anybody we know looking to buy or sell a home. It was a pleasure working with Joel. If all realtors were as knowledgeable and courtesies as Joel, home buying would be more of a pleasure and less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel represented our buyer's agent when we sold our house. He was extremely helpful on both ends of the sell even though he was representing the buyer. We ended up using him to purchase our house as well. He bent over backwards to help us and became a true friend. He's a wonderful person and Realtor, we would highly recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Honest and straightforward from the very beginning. Joel knows his stuff, and you can tell that he really loves his job. 10/10 would recommend. It was obvious off the bat that he was there to help me, where some agents are there to help themselves.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel was great. I got rid of another real estate agent because I felt like we weren't getting anywhere with looking at homes and there was minimal contact. Just within a few days with Joel we were already looking at several homes that were in areas that I liked and he was very supportive, professional, and informational. It was great to have someone motivated to get me into a home soon and someone who could give me their expert advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel is a terrific Realtor. His knowledge, attention to detail and customer service is unparalleled. We felt like we had our own personal advisor during the home buying process. He was there to field our questions after hours and there to ease our minds during times of anxiety. He really made this a wonderful experience for my family. We are a military family that utilized our VA benefits and he was an ace at the VA process. If you are in the market for a home, Joel is your guy; if we find ourselves in the market again, we will definitely be seeking him out.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel was fantastic!! He made my home buying experience fun and exciting. He dropped whatever he was doing to answer my many silly questions and go over things detail by detail. I appreciated his expertise as a former contractor. He knew everything there was to know about what to look for and what not to buy. I feel confident that I bought a good solid house within my budget, thanks to Joel. He worked diligently to get me exactly what I wanted. He was very personable and I feel that I made a friend. He was honest, trustworthy, knowledgeble and so very helpful even after I closed. Joel does not forget about you once you close on your house. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. He has gone above and beyond what realtors usually do. I highly recommend him to anyone selling or purchasing a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel from the beginning to the end of our experience with him in finding and buying our first home was so smooth. He provided a number of houses that fit what we wanted and also showed us houses that we had found on the internet as well. Joel was professional, but personable. He provided us with all the information and answered any questions we had. He even let us know a good spot to buy our appliances. I think we will be staying in our new home for quite some time, but will use him again and we have also recommended him to others we meet.

ZillowVERIFIED Joel was most helpful from start to finish on my journey looking for a new home. He always kept me informed on what was available and what was going on. He was always on time, either answered my calls or returned them and negotiated with the seller's and the bank on my behalf. I am very glad Joel was there to help me through this.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr Weihe is an excellent Realtor and a pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, the nervousness and apprehension that goes along side such a lengthy and complicated process rang very true as our journey began, but the first day meeting and working with Joel our anxieties quickly began to subside. Joel made the entire purchasing process fun and exciting, not only demonstrating professionalism and vast knowledge of the market, but also bringing humor and a personal since of care and integrity to the experience. Joel made himself available to our needs and concerns at anytime of day going above and beyond what we could have expected from a real estate Professional. We highly recommend Joel Weihe to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable experience in today's sometimes discouraging Real Estate market.
