ZillowVERIFIED Moving from Baltimore to Miami, the process of finding an apartment was hard because of being out of state. Looking at apartments online one day, the number I called happened to be Mr. Joel Valencia, and he immediately offered to assist in the process. I had a vert short time frame (1 month) to find a place, but we were able to find, tour, and secure a place very quickly. He took into consideration all that I wanted in a place, let me choose what properties I wanted to see, set up the tours, took care of all the paperwork, and made sure that I was happy. He was very professional, always on time, and responded immediately to any of my emails or calls, even after his work hours. He even acted as a translator at times, allowing me to know what was going on at all times! I 100% recommend Joel to anyone who is looking for an apartment to lease/rent in the Miami area. I could not have found and secured a safe and affordable apartment in a great area without his help!
