3 years ago I had a local agent try to sell this house, in 6 months time she only showed it once. I got "0" offers! I rented it out for a couple years and in Dec '17 I had Joel list it. 2 weeks later I had a contract! 2 months later I put a big fat check in my pocket!!! Make this guy your agent!!! Thank you Joel, you were assume!!!
