He responded quickly to my inquiry and provided clear ideas about how I could proceed with selling the house. During the several months of probate issues, Joel stayed in touch with me and kept me up on the local market conditions. Once we were ready to sell, he was right there with an aggressive plan which resulted in multiple offers almost immediately. After a low-ball appraisal, Joel was able to rework the deal and get an offer right in my sweet spot. The whole process took place by phone and email, and the closing was just as smooth.I was a motivated seller with no budget to make improvements and Joel understood and worked with my criteria.
