ZillowVERIFIED Joel was one of three realtors I interviewed. His enthusiasm for the job was what sold me right away. He was knowledgeable about the area market and realistic in his recommendations. Since I was at a distance, he and his team handled a fair amount of the preparation coordination. When it came time to sell, he was able to negotiate a sale price 4 percent over asking. That may not sound like much, but it covered almost all of his commission. The house was on the market for 3 days (one long weekend) and the winning bid was the first one we received on the first day. A very comfortable position to be in. After we went under contract, his team kept us well informed and explained everything as we went along. They also were very responsive to my questions. Cori (One of the team members) sent a "touch-base" email every Friday. Settlement went as smoothly as I have ever been involved with. Joel and his team come VERY highly recommended.

Since I am a big supporter of wounded warriors and veterans this was a plus. ZillowVERIFIED Wow!!! Is all we can say. My wife and I picked up the phone and told Joel what type and size of condo we were looking for. Also the location was important. Within an hour he emailed a list of 8 condos that he thought might interest us. We set up a time to drive down and meet up. Joel took us around to each property and gave us pros and cons of each. Also what to look for HOA's etc. We put in a contract on one of the places he showed and stayed in contact with txt or email and got us what I think was a heck of a deal. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and i were involved with a relator that wouldn't listen to us and our approach on selling our home. Pretty much blew us off and then we fired him. Then within a couple of days of firing the original relator we were turned onto Joel Feldman and his team with The Horizon Group. He had perspective buyers looking at our property within 1 week and brought in more interested prospective buyers compared to the other relator did in 4 months. Also he used and applied more interactive technology compared to other relators out there, such as 3D Virtual Camera and Professional Photos were key to selling our condo. Within 1 month Joel and his team found the buyer and negotiated the deal. Even when things in the deal went bad, Joel worked it out and made it beneficial for my wife and I and sold our condo. ZillowVERIFIED I had my OC Maryland condo for sale for a year, without one offer. I took it off the market and Joel Feldman called me about relisting with him. He told me his marketing methods. He uses a professional photographer for pictures. I agreed and e-signed everything online. I have yet to meet Joel or his team. After several showings I got an offer after about 5 weeks of listing with Joel and settled about a month later. So after listing it for a year with another realtor with no offers, Joel listed it in September '16 and I settled in November before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend these folks.
